Paid plans have no limit on checks.
Somebody rationing their last few checks is somebody who stops checking, and the message they skip is the one that mattered. So every paid plan checks as many emails as you need, with the full analysis every time.
The one part with a monthly allowance is live link reputation, because every lookup is paid for. On a team the allowance is shared, so a busy colleague can use what a quiet one does not. Jatzo tells you when you have used 80 percent. After that, checks carry on in full without that one lookup, every result says so, and it comes back when your month resets.

HOW TEAM ACCESS WORKS
Everyone gets their own login. You buy one subscription.
The person most likely to be targeted is rarely the person who bought the software. Team places mean the colleague in accounts who receives the invoice can check it themselves, in the moment, without asking anyone or waiting.
Jatzo also learns who normally writes to your team. Once the add-in has been reading your mail for a while, it can tell the difference between a supplier you deal with every week and somebody writing for the first time who wants a payment made or a password confirmed. That pattern is behind most invoice fraud, and it is the one thing a single email cannot tell you on its own. One person installing the add-in starts building that picture for everybody, and Jatzo keeps it as a one-way fingerprint, so it never holds a list of who you do business with.
You can also add Jatzo to everyone's Outlook in one go. You upload it once in the Microsoft 365 admin centre and it appears for the people you choose, with no code to type, no account to create and nothing for them to set up. Checks made that way come out of the team allowance and appear in the team's history, and you can remove somebody's access whenever you need to.

Business Pro includes the Jatzo Training Centre, so everyone you add can work through every module, including any added later. Each person gets their own completion record; an administrator view of who has finished is not built yet. For somebody learning on their own, the whole catalogue is also sold once, for one person, but checkout is not enabled yet.
